Student Government Association (SGA)-2012

We are thankful to all students who participated in the balloting of SGA elections. As your elected officials we are personally humbled and grateful for posing your trust in us. SGA will try its utmost to meet your expectations and beyond.

Our vision for 2012 is to promote unity amongst the diverse students of University of Northern Virginia (UNVA); support an environment of quality education; and play the bridging role between the management, faculty and the students. We hope this will create an atmosphere of open discussion, inquiry and self-expression.

We also promise to shape SGA as the hearthstone of the campus and a gathering place of the university. We hope our endeavors will create an environment of mutual understanding through social and extra-curricular activities.

SGA understands that its vision can only materialize with support from all quarters at UNVA especially the students. Therefore, we look forward to your continued support and active participation.
